playback & sound
no sound is playing
check your device isn't on silent, and that the in-page volume isn't muted. on iphone, the physical silent switch can mute web audio — flick it off. tap play once directly (browsers block audio until you interact with the page).
audio stops when i lock my screen
use the install option (add respira to your home screen) for the most reliable background playback. some mobile browsers pause web audio when the tab is backgrounded.
two things are playing at once
starting a new sound should stop the previous one. if you hear overlap, refresh the page — and let us know below which two sources overlapped, so we can fix it.
respira studio
do i need an account to build a class?
no — you can build and save a class on your device without signing in. an account lets you keep a class library across devices and request a branded room.
where did my saved class go?
guest classes are saved in your browser on this device. clearing site data or switching browsers will remove them. sign-in (coming to studio) keeps them synced.
accessibility

respira respects your system's reduced-motion setting — animations are minimized automatically when it's on.
keyboard & screen readers
controls are keyboard-navigable with visible focus, and icon-only buttons carry text labels. if you hit a barrier, tell us below — accessibility fixes go to the front of the queue.
orders & poster downloads
are poster downloads free?
yes — every digital poster format is free and downloads immediately, no checkout. only framed prints (printed and shipped) are paid.

order receipts come from stripe. for anything about a hoodie, mat or framed print, message us below with your email and we'll find it.
